Supported Living

Abbeycare and Nursing has two types of Supported Living.

• 1:1 where service users live in their own property and receive our care.
• Shared Supported Living Scheme.

The organisation currently has five properties around the city, ranging from two to four bedrooms. Each property is adapted to the needs of the individuals who live there and each room has its own adapted bathroom.

Our properties are domestic properties set in the heart of local communities. Individuals who live in these properties receive all the same benefits of our home care services with the additional benefit of:

• Living with other service users, reducing social isolation
• Sharing the cost of care
• Having a property managed by Lets for Life, Social Landlord
• Property adapted and decorated to your needs and preferences.
• Secured life time tenancy
